  • What should I bring for my tour?
    Customers are required to wear closed toed and heel shoes. For customers requiring emergency medical aids/devices such as adrenaline injectors, inhalers, glucose tablets, etc., one of our guides will be able to carry your aid/device for you.
  • Are there any requirements for booking?
    All guests should arrive 30 minutes early in order to allow enough time to fill out waivers and be fitted with a harness. Customers are required to wear closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be pulled back. No jewelry, scarves, or other loose items are allowed to be worn. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over. After checking in for your tour, all guests will be weighed to ensure they are below the course weight limit of 275 pounds. Guests who are over the weight limit may not zip and will not receive a refund. Guests perceived to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate and will not be issued a refund.
  • What to do if I am running late to my tour?
    Due to our strict scheduling and out of respect of other guests that arrive on time, we do not delay our tours for guest that arrive late. All ticket sales are for the date and time they are purchased for. We do not refund, credit, or reschedule anyone that is more than 10 minutes late for their tour time.
  • Will weather affect my tour?
    Tours will run, rain or shine. However, in the event that lightning is in the area, a 30-minute delay will go into effect after each strike. If your tour is cancelled, you will receive a call from our staff who will attempt to reschedule your tour time, or offer a refund if you are unable to reschedule.
  • How long and high are the zip lines?
    The lines range in length from 100 to 1,000 feet long, reaching heights of up to 80 feet in the air.
